THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION Please note this is not a contract opportunity at this stage WMGC would like to build a market leading web based digital mapping platform (DMP) which will effectively promote strategically important real estate investment sites across the region. Current marketing collateral for strategic real estate propositions are usually limited to a specific local authority pdf document, which are text heavy, static and quickly outdated. WMGC's proposed platform will provide a live and interactive method of presenting complex information in map and text based form. This will be supported by concise data and commentary and is constantly evolving to provide prospective investors with accurate up-to-date information. We also need to explore how we can build in automated reporting metrics for what is being looked at, by who, etc and how this can integrate into our current CRM system, Zoho. The final outcome of this project is the production of a digital mapping platform which acts as the region's leading investment promotional tool for strategic real estate sites within the West Midlands (the local authority areas of the seven constituent members of the WMCA and Warwickshire) which require an investor(s) in the form of capital investors, development or delivery partners and/or an occupier(s) in order for the schemes to be developed or completed schemes to become occupied. This will be a high-profile market facing tool with a level of scrutiny from our shareholders over continually changing content that needs a high-quality look, feel and functionality. It will need to align to investment priorities of the West Midlands region and government led initiatives nationally. The DMP's aim is to provide an easily accessible and interactive piece of promotional marketing collateral Additional information: Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
