West Midlands Visitor Survey 2024

Description

The West Midlands Growth Company (WMGC) has a requirement to appoint a sole provider to conduct a visitor survey to understand the profile, experience, and behaviour of visitors to the West Midlands region. The aim of this project is to provide market intelligence on the profile and demographics of visitors to the West Midlands, their motivation to visit, sources of information they have used to research and plan their trip, the most popular and well used aspects of the area's visitor offer, visitor satisfaction and visitor expenditure. The project outputs are required to inform regional and local visitor economic strategy, positioning and tactics in its work to promote and develop the Visitor Economy as required via its Service Level Agreement with local councils.
