The West Midlands Growth Company (WMGC) will establish an agreement with one supplier to deliver the requirements included in the scope of this tender process. The tender is focused on the agency delivering a media buying strategy and media buy to support an international B2B campaign that is in development, due to launch in August 2024. The West Midlands Growth Company is seeking an expert media buying agency to plan, execute, track and report on our global investment campaign - It Starts Here. WMGC's inward investment campaign is designed to increase international and national visibility surrounding the region's business ecosystem, improve perceptions and generate interest from investors and investment intermediaries. It supports the wider objective of seeking to address a West Midlands' market failure where we are overlooked by investors and relocating companies for other, better known, destinations such as London and Manchester. We require a media buying agency with international experience to work with us and in partnership with our appointed PR and creative agency to develop efficient and creative routes to reach our target audiences(s) including a mix of OOH, digital and experiential activity to deliver high-quality activations until March 2025.
