Wales and West Utilities (WWU) intend to establish an agreement for the provision of Cleaning Services across twenty-three (23) sites across Wales and the Southwest. The cleaning services are required to be undertaken across 23 sites that will be included in the scope and the number of hours of cleaning required across the sites varies between one (1) hour for Grangetown and eighty (80) hours for Celtic Springs. The sites have been split across four different Lots that are based on regions within the WWU estate.

The intent is to award a multi-supplier Open Framework agreement for eight (8) years. The Open Framework will be opened every two (2) years, and the initial framework period shall have the option to extend for 12 months. The awarded contracts (frameworks) shall be aligned with the reopeners, which is for an initial two years with the option to extend by a further twelve months. There will be a different set of WWU Terms & Conditions for each of the three Open Framework Lots.
• Lot 1 - Recruitment Services for the Provision of Permanent and Fixed Term Staff- with departmental based Sub-Lots.
• Lot 2 - Recruitment Services for the Provision of Contingency Workers: Pay-As-You-Earn (PAYE) clerical & administrative staff.
• Lot 3 - Recruitment Services for the Provision of Contingency Workers: Contractor(s) - with departmental based Sub-Lots.
The provision of Cleanings Services across the WWU head office and operational depot locations. The sites will be grouped into lots based on geographic areas whereby each contract will be awarded against lots.
• Lot 1 - Northwest and Mid Wales.
• Lot 2 - South Wales.
• Lot 3 - The West Country.
• Lot 4 - The Southwest Peninsula.
Bidders will have the opportunity to bid for one lot and up to the total of four lots. There will be no limit to the number of lots that can be awarded to a single supplier. The scope of the services will include the provision of cleaning, consumables and equipment.

Wales & West Utilities (WWU) seeks to procure a Data Advisory Services partner capable of providing expert, independent, and actionable guidance across data strategy, governance, analytics, architecture, and emerging technologies. The partner must deliver trusted, vendor neutral advisory services that support IT, Cyber, Risk, Asset, and Business functions in making evidence based decisions and maturing WWU's data capabilities.
WWU is continuously modernising its IT and data landscape and requires a research and advisory partner to support. WWU currently has a partner providing these services, however this tender is driven by the need to reengage with the market after many years since its last tender.

The purpose of this procurement activity is to appoint a suitably qualified supplier for the supply & delivery of Steel Fittings in diameters 600mm and 200mm to support the diversion of two high pressure (HP) local transmission system (LTS) natural gas pipelines.
Materials to support the diversion comprising of ~147 Steel Bends and ~8 Cap Ends across the two sizes compliant to T/SP/B/12, and where required coated in accordance with GIS/CW6
