The provision / supply of an e-Catalogue and e-Procurement Solution
WWU currently uses the Proactis e-Catalogue system and the Jaggaer e-Tendering system for its current procurement 'upstream' processes. Both the applications, Proactis and Jaggaer (formerly known as Bravo), have been in use for over 10 years. Both systems are being considered for replacement and form two separate lots within a single tender.
The new solutions will allow for greater insight of procurement and supply chain management and compliance to support wider WWU accreditations.
These functions serve distinct business objectives and, for the purposes of this procurement event, are organised into two primary areas of commercial service:
Lot 1 - e-Catalogue services
Lot 2 - e-Procurement (tendering) services
