This is a open tender process following University process. The Invitation to Tender (ITT) can be downloaded by registering and expressing your interest on the University`s e-tendering system https://in-tendhost.co.uk/Sheffield. The principal aim of the project is to undertake minor refurbishment works to the front façade of the Bar One Students' Union Bar. The proposed works include, but are not limited to, masonry repairs, concrete repairs and protective treatments, installation of new cladding, provision of new signage and lighting, and the repainting of existing metal railings and the entrance door. The works are to be undertaken in a single phase. The Students' Union Bar will be closed to the general public for the duration of the works; however, staff may still be present on site, and conferences or other organised events may take place on pre-agreed dates. 4961/PS/LWM - Student Support and Online Therapy Sessions The University of Sheffield is not a contracting authority for the purposes of the Procurement Act 2023. Otherwise, advertisement of any contract on the Central Digital Platform (CDP) is at the sole discretion of the University and is undertaken on a voluntary basis with no implied obligation to comply with the procurement legislation. For the avoidance of doubt, this procurement is not subject to the Procurement Act (as defined above). The University of Sheffield Mental Health, Counselling, Therapies and Wellbeing service offers students at the University a single point of contact to access a range of mental health and psychological wellbeing services both within the University of Sheffield and within the wider community. The University intends to appoint a maximum of 4 suppliers to a framework agreement, to provide the following services: 1. To provide online psychological therapy for students, working strictly to a 6 session model. A typical session would be a maximum 1 hour. 2. To ensure risk is managed by escalating and de-escalating appropriately, and routinely providing discharge summaries with outcome measures to the University Mental Health, Counselling, Therapies and Wellbeing service The initial term for this contract will be 2 years, with the potential for 2 further years in yearly increments subject to supplier performance.
