This opportunity is for the establishment of a multi-supplier framework agreement for the provision of coach and minibus transport services, including local and regional passenger transport for students, staff and visitors. The Framework will cover the provision of Coach hire and Minibus hire (with driver), Local, regional journeys, One-way and return journeys, Short-notice and pre-booked services. Example journey purposes include, but are not limited to Medical student placement transfers (MED), Student sport travel (PES), Outreach programmes, Arrivals and International arrivals, Teaching events and conferences, Transfer from schools for events such as Applicant days, Field courses, Recruitment events including open and applicant days.

UEA is seeking to appoint a reputable company with a proven track record in directly managing and delivering technically demanding Facilities Management services to similar organisations. The scope of Facilities Management Services required includes Integrated Facilities Management for its properties and the Quadram Institute managed by Quadram Institute Partners (QIP), designed to deliver the optimal value for money (VFM) solution. It is anticipated that all services will be underpinned by technology, and robust policies and procedures, which will at all times reflect good industry practice within an environment of continuous improvement.

Supply of Microsoft license for use by UEA students and staff on all managed devices

This upcoming tender will seek a suitably qualified media buying agency to support the University's student recruitment campaigns. The appointed partner will be expected to provide strategic media planning, placement, and performance reporting, working closely with UEA's internal teams and creative agency. The successful agency will demonstrate strong market insight, channel expertise, and collaborative working practices to help deliver effective, results-driven campaigns.

Supply of Occupational Health services for student and staff. Provision for services to be delivered remotely and in person as required, as well as placement health services

This opportunity is for supply of coffee products, provision of equipment under lease, installation, training, ongoing maintenance and managed service across 13 outlets and a delivered catering service operated by the University of East Anglia (UEA).
