Bus Shelter Contract Management (Pre Market Engagement)
Translink is undertaking a Pre-Market Engagement exercise (PME) that seeks input from the market to inform the upcoming procurement for Bus Shelter contract management. NOTE: This is not a call for tender. Instructions for participants which is available from the “CFT Documents” area of eTendersNI. Your response to this market engagement questionnaire MUST BE submitted as an attachment via the secure messaging function of the CfT.
Translink are seeking to purchase a Road/Rail Recovery Vehicle for use on the Northern Ireland Railways rail network. To ensure Translink can react effectively to a major safety accident and/or incident on the railway the following are required: 1. A ‘fit for purpose’ Road/Rail Recovery Vehicle available and ready to be actioned when a major safety accident and/or incident on the railway occurs. 2. A full suite of safe and lightweight tooling available and stored within the Road/Rail Recovery Vehicle for prompt response (the tooling must be suitable for current/future rolling stock). The initial period of the contract will be for 3 years with possible extensions of up to 12 months. Further details of the requirements are detailed within the tender documents. Your response must be submitted via the relevant Call for Tender (CfT) on the eTendersNI portal. P-3187 Northern Ireland Railways (NIR) Supplies, and Plant Service and Repair Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)
Translink will be creating a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) of pre-approved Economic Operators (EO) from which it will be able to procure spare parts and or the maintenance and repair of specialist NIR plant. Your proposal MUST be submitted within the eTendersNI portal, via this CfT. Your proposal MUST include a completed Generic Eligibility Criteria NO OTHER METHOD OF SUBMISSION WILL BE ACCEPTED.
P-3186 Translink Bus Coach and Support Vehicle Warranty and Accident/Defect Repair Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)
Translink will be creating a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) of pre-approved Economic Operators (EO) consisting of Vehicle Manufacturers, or their Approved Agents, or competent Repair Agents, from which it will be able to procure warranty and accident repair services to support its fleet of vehicles. Under this procurement the Economic Operator will be required to support the Client's social benefit objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate to social considerations. Your proposal MUST be submitted within the eTendersNI portal, via this CfT. Your proposal MUST include a completed Generic Eligibility Criteria NO OTHER METHOD OF SUBMISSION WILL BE ACCEPTED.
P- 3043 Translink Engineering Training and Competency Management Programme Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)
Translink will be creating a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) of pre-approved Economic Operators (EO) to assist in training and development of Bus and Rail Engineering staff as described in P-3043 DPS Indicative Scope. Under this procurement the Economic Operator MAY be required to support the Client's social benefit objectives. Accordingly, subsequent contract performance conditions MAY relate to social considerations. Your proposal MUST be submitted within the eTendersNI portal, via this CfT. Your proposal MUST include a completed P-3043 DPS Generic Eligibility Criteria. NO OTHER METHOD OF SUBMISSION WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Translink seek to sell end-of-service vehicles and associated parts to suitable suppliers. Translink is establishing a Dynamic Market (DM) to create a select list of pre-approved suppliers that will be invited to bid via mini competitions to purchase batches of surplus vehicles and associated parts, including buses, coaches, and spare parts for vehicles from Translink.
