Together Housing Association Limited and its subsidiary organisations is looking for a single Tenderer to be appointed to provide a Fuel Card Solution.
The primary objective of this contract is to procure and implement a fuel card solution that supports the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the Together Housing fleet. The solution must enable accurate control and monitoring of fuel spend, while driving down costs and introducing efficiencies across our services. This provision will cover approximately 500–550 vehicles, including around 400–450 panel vans, 72 tippers, 8 trailers, ride-on mowers, 2 forklifts, and 1 timber shredder. The system must also be flexible enough to support our transition towards EVs and plug-in hybrids, with 76 vehicles already in situ from June 2026 and approximately 70% of the fleet expected to be transitioned by 2030.
Together Housing Group manages a portfolio of approximately 32 playgrounds of varying ages and condition across the Northwest and Yorkshire. This includes 22 playgrounds in Lancashire, 9 in Calderdale and 3 in Salford.
We are seeking tenders from suitably experienced organisations for:
• Lot 1 - Playground maintenance and repair services across the group, covering routine, reactive and corrective works; and
• Lot 2 - Playground design and installation services, including the supply and installation of new play equipment as well as the delivery of full replacement playgrounds.
We intend to appoint a single provider for Lot 1 and up to three providers for Lot 2.
Together Housing Association are looking to source an e-tendering platform to conduct tendering exercises and to publish relevant notices to the Find a Tender platform.
THA are seeking to engage with suppliers in connection with the provision of this platform. THA wish to engage with the market to expand our understanding of the e-tendering platforms available to us. This will include an understanding of the functionality of those solutions and likely associated costs and cost influencers, as well as understanding roadmaps for future technology developments and potential integration with other systems and processes.

Together Housing Association (including all THG companies) are seeking to secure insurance cover by appointing a single provider for each of ten separate insurance category Lots, to include classes of insurance such as Property damage, Property owners liability, Public Liability, Employers Liability, Contractors Risks, Computer, Professional Indemnity, Crime, Director and Officers and Entity, Medical Malpractice, Travel, Drone, Commercial Fleet, Terrorism, Cyber. The contract/s will commence on the 1st of April 2027 for three initial years until the 31st of March 2030, with the option to extend by up to two additional years either as a full two year extension option or in annual increments to a maximum period of five years ending on the 31st of March 2032. This is the first of three stages in the procurement , this being the Participation Stage. The other stages are the Invitation to Tender and the Best and Final Offer stage.
