NEPO234 Asbestos Management will be a multi-supplier, multi-lot framework agreement for asbestos surveying services and asbestos removal works across a variety of public-sector settings throughout the United Kingdom.

Goods, services and works in relation to Vehicle Restraint Systems (VRS) including the design, sourcing, installation, repair and maintenance of any system. The requirements include both permanent or temporary VRS, bridge parapets and bespoke requirements along with the supply of VRS goods only.

NEPO seeks to establish a Framework Agreement for Specialist Professional Services ("NEPRO Four"). It is envisaged NEPRO Four will operate as a Neutral Vendor Managed Service vehicle for the delivery of Specialist Professional Services. The Neutral Vendor will not provide Specialist Professional Services in its own right and must maintain neutrality at all times when selecting suitable suppliers to deliver services under the Framework Agreement. NEPO's existing Framework Agreement for Specialist Professional Services (NEPRO Three) will expire on 31st August 2029. NEPO is considering the establishment of NEPRO Total Talent, a solution designed to provide public sector organisations with a compliant and flexible route for accessing and managing a broad range of workforce and talent requirements. The proposed solution is intended to support requirements both inside and outside IR35 and may encompass contingent labour, consultancy services, Statements of Work (SoW), project-based delivery, specialist professional resources and other workforce-related services. It is envisaged that the solution will provide a single, integrated approach to workforce engagement through the appointment of a specialist supply partner. The appointed provider would be expected to deliver workforce triage, market navigation and associated management services, enabling contracting authorities to identify and access the most appropriate delivery model for their specific requirements. The solution is expected to provide contracting authorities with improved visibility, governance and control across workforce engagement activities, whilst supporting access to a diverse range of talent, resource and service delivery models through a compliant and efficient commercial route. NEPRO Total Talent is intended to compliment the rest of the NEPRO suite of solutions providing public sector organisations with access to the most appropriate commercial models, market and expertise to meet their requirements. The precise scope, structure and delivery model of the solution remain subject to ongoing development and will be informed through the preliminary market engagement process.

NEPO219 Building Materials DPS commenced on 3rd February 2020 and was due to expire in February 2025. The purpose of this notice is to extend the period of validity of the DPS and amend the title to provide greater clarity on the supplies covered under the solution. The NEPO528 - British Sign Language DPS commenced on 24 May 2021 for a term of 60 months and was due to expire on 24 May 2026. The original Contract Notice for this DPS was published on 5 March 2021: 2021/S 000-004508. The purpose of this notice is to extend the period of validity of the DPS for a period of 27 months from 24 May 2026 to 31 August 2028. The value of the DPS remains unchanged and NEPO do not anticipate that the extension of the validity of the DPS requires variation to the published value.
