Framework for the Design, Supply, and Installation of Solar PV in Operational Commercial Properties in Sunderland
Sunderland City Council are seeking to appoint suitable and appropriately qualified and experienced Suppliers onto a Framework for the "Design, Supply and Installation of Solar PV Systems on Commercial Properties in Sunderland. (the Framework).
The Framework will consist of 2 lots
a) Lot 1: The Design, Supply and Installation of Solar PV in Commercial Properties in Sunderland up to 50Kwp.
b) Lot 2: The Design, Supply and Installation of Solar PV in Commercial Properties in Sunderland Greater then 50Kwp.
Suppliers may bid and be placed on one or both lots of the framework.
Whilst the scope of the framework is structured predominantly for installations in operational commercial properties, the Authority may from time to time require an installation in a domestic property. In such instances the call off will be clearly identified as a domestic property installation and will be issued through the relevant framework lot.
Depending on each of the individual call off requirements there may be a need for the inclusion of battery storage, and this will be incorporated into the Employers Requirements for each call off.
Schemes called off from the Framework will be located within the City of Sunderland and will be commercial properties.

Appointment of a Supplier to Operate and Manage the Sheepfolds Mobility Hub
Sunderland City Council (the Authority) wishes to appoint a single Supplier through a competitive procurement process to operate and manage a Mobility Hub in the Sheepfolds development.
The scope is expected to include, but is not limited to.
i. Car parking operations
ii. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure
iii. Secure cycle parking
iv. Facility management
v. Management of ad‑hoc mobility and ancillary services (such as car clubs, parcel lockers, and other associated services within the Mobility Hub
The appointed Supplier will be expected to deliver a robust operations and management strategy that ensures the Mobility Hub is mobilised and operated in a way that maximises public benefit, supports the wider Sheepfolds development, and maintains high operational and service standards throughout the asset's lifecycle.
Any information provided by the Authority as part of this Pre‑Market Engagement (the Engagement), including (without limitation) the Questionnaire, the Briefing Document and any draft timetable, is indicative only and provided for information‑gathering purposes.
The Authority shall not be bound by any information issued as part of this Engagement and reserves the right to amend, update, or withdraw any information, documentation, or indicative timetable prior to the commencement of any formal procurement or tender process.
Likewise, any information submitted by Suppliers in response to this Engagement shall be treated as non‑binding and indicative only, and Suppliers shall not be bound by the content of their responses.
Information provided by Suppliers as part of this Engagement will not form part of any evaluation or assessment in any future tender or procurement exercise.
Supported Accommodation for the Provision of Homeless Support
The Council is seeking to establish a framework solution for the provision of supported and temporary accommodation services for homeless clients.
The scope of services are being established and will be available once the Council publish a UK2 Preliminary Market Engagement notice.
Design and build of the Sheepfolds Mobility Hub.
Key Mobility Hub components
The Mobility Hub is planned to be a multi-story building, providing several mobility-related and other community facilities on floors Lower Ground, Ground and First. Further upper floors will be car parking spaces. The Mobility Hub will feature the following components (provisional numbers):

EV charging (up to 45 spaces)
Car clubs (6 spaces)
Secure cycle parking (90 spaces including some cargo/accessible bike spaces, bike store of 152m² and 44m² with repair stands)
