The Council is seeking interest from companies to join its Facilities Management Framework and is shortly intending to issue Invitation to Tender documents for the provision of services on 30th June 2026.
We would be grateful if we can understand the possible interest companies may have in joining the Facilities Management Framework, by emailing finance@southboroughcouncil.co.uk no later than 26th June 2026, by sending the following statement to express their interest: We would be pleased to submit a response to the ITT to join the Facilities Management Framework when it becomes available on the portal.
In responding to the ITT, the companies are requested to provide there last two years audited accounts and a summary of its experience, technical capability and previous contracts of similar services delivered, in a document containing no more than one thousand words, plus associated charts or images, supporting its suitability for the provision of the required services.
