The works consist of redecoration and sundry remedial repair works to all Levels of the Wharf Road car park to satisfy dilapidation obligations. The car park will generally remain in operation during the works. Particular attention is to be given to the maintenance of fire exits, security and the segregation of works from car park activities as well as the public when using the car park. The works are required to comply with the lease terms and to maintain the use of the car park for the residents and public using the car park.
