South Holland District Council (the Council) is seeking an experienced producer of pantomimes to provide their annual pantomime for a period of 1 year (+1+1) at the South Holland Centre, Spalding. The required services include the full production, management, operation, licensing, marketing and promotion of the pantomime. The Rehearsal and Performance Period the "RAPP" is subject to negotiation and for the purposes of this tender process will be defined as the period starting on the morning of 28th November 2027 (get-in and build) and finishing on the evening of 30th December 2027 (final performance and get-out).

Through this Pre-Market Engagement exercise, we are seeking suppliers with demonstrable expertise in horticulture, soft and hard landscaping, and/or environmental stewardship to support a wide-ranging planting programme. This includes the provision of resilient, high-quality plant species, specialist materials, and advice aligned with best practice in soil health, biodiversity enhancement, and sustainable landscape management. As a Partnership committed to reducing carbon impact, we are particularly keen to engage with suppliers who can evidence strong environmental credentials, sustainable sourcing, and low-impact operational approaches.

Boston Borough Council and South Holland District Council are looking to engage potential contractors to use their knowledge and experience to suggest how the Tree Works Framework can best achieve its objectives. The Framework is intended to: Provide a pool of competent arboricultural contractors Ensure safe, lawful and industry compliant management of tree works Enable timely response to planned, cyclical and reactive works Support best practice in tree safety, biodiversity and duty of care
