The Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body (SPCB) requires a Contractor to provide Building Maintenance Services. The service includes the planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical, electrical and building services together with fabric maintenance works and associated controls and equipment maintenance, at the Scottish Parliament Building, Holyrood, Edinburgh.

The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to provide the market with revised indicative timelines for the publication of the Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the relet of the Scottish Parliament’s Building Maintenance contract and the subsequent bidders’ conference to be held on site at the Scottish Parliament Building, Holyrood, Edinburgh, EH99 1SP. The indicative dates are as follows: - Publication of Contract Notice and ITT - 6 AUGUST 2026 - Bidders Conference and Site Visit - 26 AUGUST 2026 These dates are subject to change.
