DCEA Scotland Migration Service
Moving to another country can be challenging. The Scottish Government wants people not only to move to Scotland, but to stay. Migrants’ first few months here and their reception are crucial to their overall experience. The service will provide information and advice to people who are thinking about moving to Scotland, or who have just moved here. TAMS will provide up-to-date and accurate information in plain English. This information will cover topics to help people move and settle into their communities. The service will provide bespoke one-to-one advice.
Telephony and Communication Services Dynamic Purchasing System
The Authority is further extending its collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Telephony and Communication Services for an additional 24 months until 27 March 2028.
The DPS comprises of two lots:
Lot 1 - Telephony and Communication Services
Lot 2 - Enterprise Bundled Services
The Authority wishes to take this opportunity to refresh the supplier list to ensure current suppliers retain the minimum qualifying criteria, still have up-to-date contact details and still wish to remain as a supplier. Accordingly, suppliers that are currently on the DPS are required to refresh and resubmit their Single Procurement Document (SPD) in order to remain as a DPS supplier. There is no need to resubmit any case study evidence for current suppliers. Current suppliers are required to submit an updated SPD within six weeks of this Contract Notice being issued. Failure to do so will result in current suppliers being removed from the DPS.

DFH Home Ownership Scheme Delivery and Shared Equity Aftersales
The Scottish Government intend to commission a contract which provides administrative services for the delivery of it’s shared equity home ownership schemes as well as the ongoing administrative work related to after sales for all of it’s shared equity legacy portfolio. This work will include the assessment of scheme applications, playing a key role in the process of handling the funds through the conveyancing process, supporting all shared equity home owners with after sales transactions in line with the published after sales procedures, an example of which would be sale of a shared equity property, or change of lender. https://www.gov.scot/publications/sale-shared-equity-procedures-3/
