Naval Architecture Support for Vessels Replacement Project
Provision of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering services to support the Scottish Government's Vessel Replacement Project, including procurement support, technical evaluation, design assurance, build oversight, specialist site supervision personnel, factory and vessel trials, and acceptance activities for a new Marine Protection Vessel (MPV) and Marine Research Vessel (MRV). Services include the provision of naval architecture, marine engineering, and shipyard supervision expertise throughout procurement, design, construction, testing, and delivery phases.
The Authority is further extending its collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Internet of Things (IoT) for an additional 12 months until 19 September 2026. The DPS will remain open for new suppliers to apply to join. However, existing suppliers that are currently on the DPS do not need to re-apply and will remain on the DPS.
