This Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is seeking treatment and/or disposal services for a host of material streams, in the main commonly arising from households, council commercial collections and household waste recycling centres. Material streams anticipated to require such services include but are not limited to, Mixed Recyclate, Paper, Card, News and PAMs, Glass, Cans, Plastics. Metals, Wood, Textiles, Plasterboard, Gas Bottles, Tyres, Inert Material, Bulky Waste, Street Sweepings, Gully Waste, Engine Oil, Cooking Oil, MRF offtakes, MRF outputs and Residual Waste. The DPS is a two-stage process. There is no intention to limit the minimum and maximum number of service providers. All service providers that meet the selection criteria and are not excluded must be admitted to the DPS. The DPS will be open to entrants throughout its life who meet the minimum criteria. This Contract Notice confirms that the Care and Support Flexible Framework Agreement has now been established in accordance with Regulations 74-76 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 (further referred to as 'the Flexible Framework Agreement'). The services include Care at Home and Supported Living Services, collectively referred to as Care and Support Services. The Flexible Framework Agreement will remain open to allow new Providers ("New Entrants") to participate throughout the Open Period. Further information about New Entrant applications is set out in Section VI.3 Additional information. Following award, successful providers will also be able to seek to vary their appointment by altering or adding Care and Support Service offerings in accordance with the terms of the Flexible Framework Agreement. Care and Support Services will support people to achieve the best possible quality of life, in terms of their personal aspirations, choices and abilities, that enables them to live independently and safely within their own home for as long as practicable.

Supply and Delivery of Washroom Supplies and Services, Janitorial Products including but not limited to paper towels, cleaning chemicals, hand soap, refuse sacks and cleaning equipment such as mops and buckets and Supply, Delivery, Service & Maintenance of Cleaning Equipment including but not limited to vacuums, scrubber-dryers, sweepers, rotary machines, and carpet extractors.

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is in relation to a new framework opportunity for the Supply Only and Supply and Distribution of Fresh Produce. It is anticipated that the scope of the products covered under the framework will include but is not limited to whole milk, semi skimmed milk, skimmed milk, organic milk, brown bread, white bread, pittas, wraps, potato scones, cakes, pastries, baguettes, fresh apples, bananas, grapes, pears, strawberries, carrots, turnip, cabbage, corn, beef, lamb, pork, poultry, prepared products, cooked meats and fresh fish.

This framework is for, but not limited to, the supply and delivery of street lighting materials such as LED lanterns, lanterns/luminaires, lamps, columns and maintenance components to all 32 member councils in Scotland, Tayside Contracts and Associate Members of Scotland Excel.

This Prior Information Notice is for a proposed framework for contractors to provide a range of repair, refurbishment and maintenance services and is envisaged to extend to extensive building repair and refurbishment. The purpose of this notice is to enable interested parties to engage with Scotland Excel to discuss the services currently available in the marketplace and options regarding the structure of the procurement and the anticipated direction of future market development. The lotting structure of this framework will be informed by market engagement. NOTE: This lotting structure is provisional and subject to change.
