Salford City Council (The "Authority") are looking to enter into an Agreement for Responsive Repairs and Small Works (the "Works").
The Authority is intending to establish a Contract for the Works with a single (1) supplier (the "Contractor").
The Contract is designed to deliver:
• a 24-hour 365 days a year multi-trade responsive repairs works service to the Council commercial, industrial and residential property assets.
• multi-trade small works packages up to a value £30,000 excluding of VAT per order.
To provide services designed to assist family and carers of disabled children in continuing to provide care or do so more effectively by giving them breaks from caring. This market research exercise is being undertaken to inform decision-making regarding the appropriate procurement route for short break overnight respite services. At this stage, contract values and durations have not been determined, and any details provided are indicative estimates only.
