NHS Devon Clinical Commissioning Group is awarding a contract for the provision of Adults - Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Assessment and Treatment - Waiting List Initiative services for Devon. In Devon, demand for existing ADHD services increased, with an exponential rise in referrals for assessment and the prevalence rates changing in demographic. As a result of this increased demand, the CCG has commissioned additional capacity in order to reduce waiting times and support services to achieve an 18-week referral to treatment target. NHS Devon CCG commissioned a provider to deliver a NICE compliant model of medical care to address a proportion of the current backlog of people waiting for an ADHD assessment. The contract value is for a 6+6-month term. The maximum total value for the 12-month period is £250,000 based on the delivery of the requirements. NHS Devon Clinical Commissioning Group sought to commission a Maternity Voices Partnership (MVP) services for Devon. The MVP is a group of birthing people and their families, commissioners, and maternity staff (list is not exhaustive) collaborating to review and co-produce local maternity care. It is led by an independent lay chair who ensures service users are represented. The focus of the work of the MVP reflects priorities set out by national, regional, and local NHS governance as well as the priorities identified by our local communities. Clinical Commissioning groups (CCG) have a statutory obligation to consult with the public. An adequately resourced, well-functioning MVP supports this work to fulfil the statutory obligations of Public and Patient participation by the CCG. NHS Devon Clinical Commissioning Group has commissioned a Service for Learning and Development Needs of Staff in Devon based on Appraisal Analysis. Further to analysis of appraisals from CCG staff, NHS Devon CCG has identified and prioritised the following training topics that will meet their development needs. The aim is to utilise the expertise of training providers to provide a solution to incorporate the training that has been requested by staff ; bespoke to incorporate CCG Policies where applicable; evidence of feedback based on prior delivery to NHS staff; prepared to work with the CCG to agree the booking system; able to proceed with training as soon as possible; provide value for money solutions that deliver quality outcomes for staff in the following areas. The services will be required for 24 months with a potential 12-month extension subject to funding. The total value of this procurement is up to £40,000 excluding VAT per annum. NHS Devon CCG has commissioned a service to Understand the Vaccination Workforce. The Covid 19 Vaccination Programme has been operational for over one year and throughout Devon thousands of people have worked to deliver the vaccines in a variety of different settings, a variety of employment contracts and with a wide range of background experience. The training, development and retention of the vaccination workforce needed to be considered as the future of the vaccination programme is changing and there are high number of health and social care vacancies across the county. The contract is for a 5-month term. The total value for the life of the contract (5 months) is £20,800 excluding VAT. NHS Devon ICB has awarded a contract for 111 service provision for Devon to Vocare limited (Totally plc). The contract is to support with the provision of NHS 111 services in the short term. The contract started on 16th July 2022 and ends on 30th September 2022 (with a 10-day optional extension period). The contract value could be up to £917,000 (excluding VAT) and is based on calls answered with no minimum agreed volumes of activity.
