NHS Devon CCG has commissioned a service to Understand the Vaccination Workforce. The Covid 19 Vaccination Programme has been operational for over one year and throughout Devon thousands of people have worked to deliver the vaccines in a variety of different settings, a variety of employment contracts and with a wide range of background experience. The training, development and retention of the vaccination workforce needed to be considered as the future of the vaccination programme is changing and there are high number of health and social care vacancies across the county. The contract is for a 5-month term. The total value for the life of the contract (5 months) is £20,800 excluding VAT. This procurement has been carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner(s). Additional information: The services are falling within Schedule 3 to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("the Regulations") which are not subject to the full regime of the Regulations, but is instead governed by the "Light Touch Regime" contained within Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Regulations (Regulations 74 to 77). The contract value of this procurement is under the Light Touch Regime threshold and therefore the rules of this Regime do not apply.
