NHS Devon Clinical Commissioning Group has commissioned a service for an Executive Coaching Programme. The aim was to support: • Provision of development support at a team and individual levels • Support to creating a shared understanding of the role and contributions • Co-creation of a system leadership approach with shared principles, values and behaviours at its core, create a safe environment • Creation of senior leader capacity to think, act and work on System-wide priorities - and to stop/postpone other activities; • Support to local leadership groups such as Local Care Partnerships and Provider Collaboratives, and to enable OD support The contract term for this procurement is 3 months with a total value of circa £105,000 excluding VAT. This procurement has been carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner(s). Additional information: The services are falling within Schedule 3 to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("the Regulations") which are not subject to the full regime of the Regulations, but is instead governed by the "Light Touch Regime" contained within Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Regulations (Regulations 74 to 77). The contract value of this procurement is under the Light Touch Regime threshold and therefore the rules of this Regime do not apply.
