The works, being Design and Build are for the provision of new replacement fixed painted steel digestor rooves. The Contractor is required to develop the Outline and Detailed Design and undertake Build in the role Principal Designer and Principal Contractor, the works include;
• Outline and Detailed Design
• Digestor Decommissioning & Purging (Emptying/ Cleaning/Waste Management)
• Demolition and disposal of existing steel roof
• Build including any Remedial Works (Roof fabrication & installation Civils/MEICA/DSEAR/ Welding Electrical & Instrumentation)
• Reinstatement & Commissioning
• Including but not limited to requirements for surveys, temporary works, necessary plant, equipment, materials, site management and welfare facilities.
• Works completion date across all sites is required by 2030.
