East Renfrewshire Council, on behalf of the Health and Social Care Partnership, are commissioning a refreshed service which closely aligns to existing services and our vision to deliver the Promise. This service will deliver targeted help and support to children, young people, and families to improve mental wellbeing.
This procurement will be conducted via the Public Contracts Scotland - Tender portal (PCS-T). We will apply a one stage Open procedure.
Bidders must self-certify their adherence to the conditions of participation via the SPD (Scotland) in PSC-T, and may be required to submit Means of Proof before contract award. Bidders must refer to the specific requirements listed in Section III in this OJEU Contract Notice when completing the SPD in PCS-T.
The anticipated start date for the contract is early July 2026. The contract is for an initial period of 2 years plus an optional 1-year extension. It should be noted that extensions are available at the discretion of the Council and are not guaranteed.

The purpose of this service is to work with East Renfrewshire HSCP, Education and partners to deliver flexible, high-quality counselling services to children and young people aged 10-18 years living or educated within East Renfrewshire.

Framework Agreement for Roads Related Maintenance Works
The Council wishes to establish a framework comprising a series of Framework Contracts for Roads Related Maintenance Works with several Suppliers. These works and services include, but are not limited to:
- Carriageway resurfacing;
- Footway resurfacing;
- Traffic management;
- Road markings;
- Minor traffic improvements;
- Drainage; and
- Road lighting.
Water Management Domestic Legionella Risk Assessments
Renfrewshire Council has the requirement to appoint a Contractor to carry out Legionella Risk Assessment of the full Council estate for Domestic Properties (circa 12,000 + properties). The Contractor will be required to provide Legionella Risk Assessment documentation for all properties in accordance with current legislation.

Renfrewshire Council is inviting contractors to submit bids for festive lighting installation (the service). The service will comprise the
storage, repair, maintenance, timely erection and de-erection of the Festive Lights.
The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to allow Renfrewshire Council to engage with the marketplace to carry out a soft-market
testing exercise.
The Council would like to understand the current level of interest in the market for a tender of this nature and gather some information
about the marketplace itself. Interested contractors are invited to register their interest via this notice.
Renfrewshire Council is planning to issue a tender for a contract for Works to Roads Related Structures. The contract may consist of the following types of works:
-Bridge Strengthening/ Replacement;
-Scour Protection Works;
-Parapet Upgrading;
-Bridge Joint Replacement;
-General Bridge Maintenance;
-Retaining Wall Strengthening/ Replacement;
-Traffic management requirements;
-any associated or ancillary works; and
-any of the work the Contractor is to design
In providing the works, the Contractor shall:
-Design, supply, install, maintain and remove all traffic management measures and associated diversions.
