Provision of Alternative Education (Engagement Mentoring) to Respect Collaboration Trust. The Trust ("RCT") has a statutory duty to make arrangements for the provision of appropriate education otherwise than at school, for children of compulsory school age who, by reason of suspension or exclusion from school or otherwise, will not receive a suitable education without these arrangements.

The Trust is looking for an outsourced catering provider to provide a high-quality service. The Contractor shall: a. provide an improved hot and cold option with greater focus on healthy eating and increased pupil uptake b. provide a hot option at other sites where possible

The Trust is looking to appoint the four highest scoring successful Providers who will provide Supply Agency Services and form part of the Trust’s Preferred Agency Supplier List. The Trust requires provision for: a. Emergency and short notice cover b. Planned absence c. Longer-term placements The Provider must deliver supply staff who are experienced and confident working with pupils who: a. Have SEMH needs b. May display dysregulated and high-risk behaviours c. May be out of mainstream education or in crisis d. May have medical, social, or safeguarding vulnerabilities The Trust does not guarantee volume to any individual Provider. Work will be allocated based on: a. Quality of staff provided b. Compliance with requirements c. Responsiveness and reliability d. Value for money

Bidders must recognise that site activity, room use, pupil attendance, and daily operational demands may vary across the Trust and may require a more responsive and adaptable cleaning service than would typically apply in a conventional school environment.
