The authority intends to award one contract to a Prime supplier who can either meet all capabilities themselves or through the use of a number of subcontractors. Interested Parties should note that the published budget envelope is for the initial 5 year term. Due to the consumption based nature of the ongoing costs it is difficult to forecast required budget for the 5 optional extension years. Bidders should note that as such the budget for the extension years has not been published at this stage and will be updated during contract terms via a modification. Provision of Learning Management System for Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Authority. The procurement is intended to deliver a robust, scalable, and future-ready Learning Management System for Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service to meet their learning delivery and competency recording. The Police Fire and Crime Commissioner on behalf of the Northamptonshire Serious Violence Prevention Partnership (NSVPP) are looking to award Funding Contracts for the provision of Serious Violence interventions in the County of Northamptonshire. The NSVPP is made up of the following organisations: • Justice – Youth Justice Service (Children’s Trust) and Probation • Heath – Integrated Care Board (ICB) • Local Authorities – North Northamptonshire Council and West Northamptonshire Council – Community Safety Partnership (CSP), Public Health, Education Representatives • Police – OPFCC acting on behalf of Northamptonshire Police • Fire – OPFCC acting as Northants Fire & Rescue Bids should relate to the six crime types outlined in the Funding Pack. Applications are welcome from organisations that have identified projects focusing on primary prevention interventions as outlined in the Public Health model of Violence Prevention. Bids for the period 01/10/2026-30/09/2027 for values of UP TO £140k exc VAT will be considered. There are options to extend agreements beyond the initial term but these are not guaranteed as they are subject to funding decisions from the Home Office.

Provision of a Smart Storage Solution. The Authority is hoping to engage with the Market in order to better understand market capability, delivery approaches, and commercial models for secure, auditable asset storage and management solutions for Northamptonshire Police.
