New Forest District Council (NFDC) is undertaking a programme of kitchen replacement in Local Authority residential housing stock and other owned buildings across the district. The contract is awarded as a single-contractor Framework Agreement for a term of four (4) years?July?2026 -?July?2030?with?an initial?term of 2 years with?option?to extend in 2 x?12 month?phases (subject to performance). Works awarded under the framework agreement will be strictly based upon the authority's operational demand and available budget funds. There is no guarantee of any business volume or value awarded by the Authority to the preferred contractor.??
