NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (NENC ICB) will be running a tender for management/maintenance of an existing Agilio TeamNet clinical portal, specifically, a service for the clinical support information and pathway implementation for the North Area Integrated Care Partnership.
The Integrated Care Systems (ICS) clinical conditions strategy requires networks and workstreams to support the delivery of high-quality care. Their work will include use of nationally recognised best practice guidance and the tools to enable all parts of the NENC ICB to provide high quality care.
Guidance and pathways need to be collated, reviewed and adopted across the region, with access enabled across the system for all clinicians to enable the right care to be given at the right time in the right place.
The required services will need to be supplied in accordance with the NENC ICB service specification which will be shared at tender stage (a UK4 Notice will be published).
Estimated UK4 Notice/Tender Opportunity Date: 13 November 2026.
Estimated Contract Term: 01/04/2027 - 31/03/2029
Estimated Annual Maxium Contract Value: £500,000

NENC065 - North East and North Cumbria Mental Health Secure Patient Transport Service
NHS North East North Cumbria Integrated Care Board is undertaking market engagement in relation to the future provision of a Mental Health Secure Patient Transport Service across the North East and North Cumbria Region.
NENC ICB is hosting an information session for providers interested in the future delivery of Mental Health Secure Patient Transport Services across the North East and North Cumbria at 3:00pm on Monday 07 September. The session will provide an overview of a number of potential service delivery models currently being explored and explain how local framework arrangements could potentially be applied to support service delivery across the region.
Following the market engagement session, NENC ICB will issue a Request for Information (RFI) on Tuesday 08 September 2026. The purpose of the RFI is to gather feedback and gain a better understanding of the operational, commercial and contractual considerations associated with the proposed service models, together with alternative approaches, refinements or innovations that providers may wish to suggest.

This market engagement invites individuals and organisations to express an interest and to register their request to attend a 30-minute provider engagement event and demonstration of the Agilio.
One session will be held on 06 August 2026 and one on 11 August 2026. More details are available in the NENC081 RFI Documentation.
These events/demonstrations are NOT part of any pre-qualification or selection process. It is intended as an awareness, communication, and information gathering exercise. An expression of interest is no indication of a commitment to participate in the demonstrations, nor does it infer any preferential or special status on those individuals and organisations who express an interest.

North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (Relevant Authority) intend to follow the Most Suitable Provider (MSP) process to award contracts for Disordered Eating Support services for North Cumbria which must include a face-to-face service offer from various locations (including Carlisle, Eden, and West Cumbria).
Providers must have suitable premises to provide services from across North Cumbria including Carlisle, Eden, and West Cumbria). No additional funding will be provided for mobilisation/premises, and premises are the responsibility of the contracted provider.
Annual value is £80,000.
(Estimated total for notice is based on a potential two years. The contract will run for an initial term of two years from 01 October 2026 until 30 September 2027, with an option of extending for an additional 12-months subject to future funding allocation and at the discretion of NENC ICB.)
