The Norfolk and Suffolk Integrated Care Board is looking to commission the University of Suffolk Dental and Student Education Service. This service will be a Personal Dental Services (PDS) Agreement (contract) to deliver primary care dental services, host placements and supervise undergraduates on the University of Suffolk BSc Dental Hygiene and Therapy course at the University of Suffolk James Hehir building in Ipswich.

NHS Norfolk and Suffolk Integrated Care Board (ICB) and Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Mental Health Trust intend to procure an outcomes-focused Mental Health Wellbeing Hub Model and Crisis at Home and Crisis Outside of the Home Service across the Norfolk and Suffolk localities. Commissioning will be undertaken through an outcomes-based approach, with providers required to develop and propose a delivery model that demonstrates how the specified service functions and outcomes will be achieved across Norfolk and Suffolk.

NHS Norfolk and Suffolk Integrated Care Board (ICB) intends to procure an outcomes-focused Dementia Support Service that acts as a strategic neighbourhood partner across the dementia pathway within the Norfolk and Waveney locality. The service will contribute to improved population health outcomes, reduced health inequalities, increased community resilience and improved integration between primary care, community services, mental health, social care and the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector. The procurement will support delivery of the ICB's Ageing Well and Population Health Management priorities, enabling people living with dementia and their carers to remain independent, connected and well for as long as possible.

Norfolk and Suffolk ICB and the University of Suffolk have established a new dental service at the University Waterfront's premises, a state-of-the-art dental facility which opened in February 2024. The service provides both access to NHS dental services for the local community and placements for undergraduate students at the University's BSc in Dental Hygiene and Therapy.

NHS Norfolk and Suffolk Integrated Care Board (ICB) is issuing this Prior Information Notice (PIN) to support early market engagement in relation to the potential commissioning of a cardiovascular disease (CVD) Prevention and Optimisation Service. This PIN is not a call for competition and does not formally commence a procurement process. Its purpose is to inform the market of the ICB's strategic intentions and to seek feedback to shape the future approach.

The INDS is a community-based, multi-disciplinary diabetes service designed to sit between general practice and specialist hospital care. Its aim is to deliver person-centred, proactive diabetes care closer to home, improving outcomes and reducing hospital demand.
