Provision of an insurance policy that will cover property and associated covers as required suitable for a property owner. This shall include cover for building, rent, property owners liability and engineering inspection and insurance for the whole portfolio. This contracted is being managed by Marsh McLennan and NHS Commercial Solutions on behalf of Spelthorne Borough Council.

This tender opportunity notice for Radiology Reporting and Associated Services Framework Agreement are covered under - 1. Public Contracts Regulation (PCR) 2015; and 2. The Provider Selection Regime (PSR) 2024. PSR 2024 will take precedence over the PCR 2015 where the processes and provisions are in conflict. NHS Commercial Solutions, in collaboration with its NHS Workforce Alliance partners, procured through an open procedure, a framework agreement for a panel of suitably experienced and qualified suppliers of International Healthcare Professional Recruitment and Associated services to provide expert guidance to NHS and other public sector organisations. The NHS Long Term Plan has set out its ambitions for the NHS over the next 10 years, identifying ethical and sustainable international recruitment as a workforce priority. It is intended that this framework will meet the Health and Social Care needs in line with the NHS Long Term and People Plan. This framework aims to provide a holistic approach to the International Recruitment journey, and the range of services and support requirements needed at the various stages of the process, to enable Participating Authorities to obtain recruitment and retention support of its overseas candidates.

This contract is for the establishment of a Modular Building Framework to supply, design, construct, and maintain modular buildings for all public sector facilities including; educational establishments, or healthcare environments. The framework will cover the provision of high-quality, sustainable, and flexible modular building solutions, which may include: LOT DETAILS A key objective for this Framework Agreement is to cover the most comprehensive range possible of Modular & Prefabricated Building Solutions. To achieve this, the Framework Agreement Service Requirements have been broken down into the following lots. a. Lot 1: Consultancy Services; b. LOT 3: Managed Services Suppliers will offer a combination of the services offered under Lot 1 and/or Lot 2 and other services that may be associated with them. The other associated services may include the following: Services shall include preliminary Modular and Prefabricated Building Solutions (as in on Lot 2) and additionally i. Managed Equipment Service: This may include but not be limited to, Theatres, Diagnostic Equipment, Multi-Functional Devices, Radiology Scanners, Security Scanners, Kiosk/Digital Displays, Computers and IT peripheral, furniture and utility Equipment. And/or ii. Staffing Solution: Recruitment, deploy and management of medical/non-medical professional services. And/or iii. Sterile Services: This may include but not be limited to, providing medical equipment sterilisation services, Computers and IT peripheral, furniture and utility Equipment.

The Framework Agreement is divided into the following Lots: Lot 1: Products and/or Services Catalogue; Lot 2: In-house and outsourced digital dictation service solution; Lot 3: Outsourced transcription service solution; and. The Awarding Authority procured Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services under two Lots. The incumbent ICB arrangements for these services will terminate at midnight on 31st March 2024. NHS Commercial Solutions is setting up a Framework agreement for Anti-ligature, Specialist and General Doors, Windows, Accessories, Consumables and Associated Services for a period of 4 years following a Restricted Tender process following the principles of the UK Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Through this procurement process, NHS Commercial Solutions appointed several companies who specialise in providing Anti-ligature, Specialist and General Doors, Windows, Accessories, Consumables and Associated Services to a Framework Agreement. The Authority recognises that the expertise required will exist both nationally and at a local level and aims to be as inclusive as is practicable in order that the Awarding Authority has the most appropriate resource available.
