NHS Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care Board (referred to as the Commissioner) is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to express interest in delivering an Adult non-complex Audiology Service in Birmingham and Solihull. <br/><br/>The Adult Non-Complex Community Audiology service is for patients over 18 years of age, who meet the eligibility criteria set out in this specification. Patients must be registered with a Birmingham and Solihull GP practice for whom Birmingham and Solihull (BSOL) Integrated Care Board (ICB) is the responsible commissioner.<br/><br/>The service required is for a community based, adult screening and hearing assessment service, treatment including earwax removal and automated audiology in line with the GIRFT Community ENT Framework, hearing aid fitting (where required), follow-up and aftercare services. BSOL ICB is seeking to commission full geographical coverage of provision across rural and urban areas.<br/><br/>The Provider will need to meet the needs of eligible patients whose referral indicates:<br/>• Sight loss/dual sensory loss;<br/>• Requiring translation services including language, lip reading and sign language;<br/>• Learning Disabilities – as special test facilities and techniques are needed;<br/>• Requiring domiciliary care – the Provider must provide all parts of the service at the patient’s domicile (including residential or nursing homes) where this is requested in writing by a GP.<br/><br/>Interested parties should express an interest by visiting https://atamis-1928.my.site.com/s/Welcome and searching for project reference C450113. NHS Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care Board and NHS Black Country Integrated Care Board are seeking qualified and experienced providers for the provision of delivering Adult and Children & Young People (CYP) Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Service(s). The services are to be delivered across Birmingham, Solihull and the Black Country. <br/><br/>Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) is conducting a Direct Award Process B (DAP B) exercise as an agent for and on behalf of the Commissioner(s). The DAP B exercise will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (PSR). <br/><br/>As a result of this Process, the ICB(s) intend to award zero volume, zero value contract(s) to all successful providers. While there is no guarantee of activity, we will be issuing Indicative Activity Plan (IAPs).<br/><br/>Successful provider(s) will be awarded with a contract for a period of 12 months with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for up to a further 12 months + 12 months.
