NHS Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care Board and NHS Black Country Integrated Care Board are seeking qualified and experienced providers for the provision of delivering Adult and Children & Young People (CYP) Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Service(s). The services are to be delivered across Birmingham, Solihull and the Black Country. <br/><br/>Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) is conducting a Direct Award Process B (DAP B) exercise as an agent for and on behalf of the Commissioner(s). The DAP B exercise will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (PSR). <br/><br/>As a result of this Process, the ICB(s) intend to award zero volume, zero value contract(s) to all successful providers. While there is no guarantee of activity, we will be issuing Indicative Activity Plan (IAPs).<br/><br/>Successful provider(s) will be awarded with a contract for a period of 12 months with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for up to a further 12 months + 12 months.

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit, on behalf of NHS Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care Board and NHS Black Country Integrated Care Board are seeking to put in place a framework agreement for suitably experienced and qualified providers of Work and Health and/or Employment Support Services. This event is aimed at providers who may be interested in being part of the framework agreement. We intend to give potential providers an overview of how the procurement process will be run, how the contract form will be structured and key areas they should look to be aware of in order to increase their chances of success in terms of being included on the framework. There will also be an opportunity to hear from the Commissioners in terms of their goals for the framework. Initial mini-competitions against the framework are likely to take in Birmingham, Solihull and the Black Country's initial requirements under the WorkWell programme. It is also possible that other future requirements both from the ICB and Local Authority partners will utilise the framework. In terms of the service itself, suppliers who are on the framework will be required to carry out specific Work and Health and/or Employment Support provisions as programme opportunities present themselves. These will be specified as part of the mini-competitions run against the framework and individual specifications around these will be issued as and when these opportunities present themselves. Where applicable, providers will be expected to deliver these provisions in accordance with the applicable funding rules and appropriate guidance which may be linked to the funding stream(s). It is anticipated that the framework will be split into 6, headline lots with 12 sub-lots , these are generally geographical in nature with lot 6a and b covering pathways which cut across Birmingham and the Black Country.
