The services will be split into Lots to cover Fire Equipment Supply and Maintenance Fire Safety Inspections, Fire Risk Assessment & Consultation and Fire Safety Training Fire Safety Prevention Detection, Alarms and Suppression Systems

Provision of Asbestos Consultancy for the Higher Education Sector.

North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium Ltd (NEUPC) is one of six UK Higher Education purchasing consortia established to deliver and manage a wide range of collaborative framework agreements designed to maximise third party expenditure within the higher education sector. NEUPC wishes to develop a national framework agreement to service the requirements of UK Higher Education Institutions and Associate members for the supply of Data Centre equipment and infrastructure through the setting up of a Framework Agreement. The draft scope includes a range of data centre management equipment and infrastructure including but not limited to Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS), cooling equipment, generators, gas & fire suppression systems, power distribution units (PDU’s), blanking panels, caging. Any or all elements of the supply, Installation, and management of data centre equipment and Infrastructure would be intended to be able to be bought via the framework.

This invitation to tender is issued by North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium ("NEUPC") for the establishment of a new framework agreement for the provision of a variety of Sustainable Energy Solutions which will support users in achieving their Carbon Reduction/Net Zero and Sustainability aspirations.

The outline scope of the requirement is for a full Networking equipment and services provision to the Higher Education Institutions. Networking services include any or all aspects of Networking, including design, equipment, storage, Networks Security, implementation, maintenance, management including monitoring IT Networks systems to ensure optimal performance, and repair, training, through to final disposal. Consultancy includes all aspects of networking consultancy which must be provided from an independent perspective. Various networking equipment items will be available via the Framework.
