Lot 1 Recruitment Solutions including Employment ATS Onboarding and Vetting
This framework proposal encompasses three distinct lots, each addressing a key area of the employee lifecycle. Lot 1a focuses on Applicant Tracking Systems, providing tools to streamline recruitment processes, manage candidate pipelines, and improve hiring efficiency. Lot 1b covers Onboarding solutions, aiming to facilitate seamless integration for new hires through automated workflows and compliance management. Lot 1c addresses Employee Screening, offering services and technologies to ensure thorough background checks and verification, supporting organisational risk mitigation and regulatory adherence. Collectively, these lots are designed to enhance HR operations and ensure a robust workforce management strategy.
Lot 2. Reward Solutions including Salary Sacrifice and Vehicle Leasing
Lot 2a covers programmes that enable employees to sacrifice a portion of their salary in exchange for a range of benefits. These schemes are designed to provide tax and National Insurance savings for both employees and employers. Typical benefits may include pension contributions, childcare vouchers, cycle-to-work schemes, and other perks that enhance overall employee wellbeing and retention.
Lot 2b focuses on car leasing services, with an emphasis on electric vehicles (EVs) and related infrastructure such as car charging solutions. The lot aims to facilitate environmentally friendly commuting options for employees by offering flexible leasing arrangements, access to EVs, and support for installation and management of charging points. This supports sustainability goals and promotes the adoption of greener transport alternatives.
Lot 3 Retention Solutions including Professional Development, Mandatory Training, Training Assessments and LMS
The procurement encompasses five distinct lots within the Learning and Development framework: Lot 3a provides mandatory clinical training for healthcare professionals, such as infection prevention, safeguarding, and basic life support; Lot 3b delivers professional development opportunities for all staff, including leadership, management, and specialist skills; Lot 3c ensures mandatory non-clinical training, covering health and safety, GDPR, equality and diversity, and fire safety; Lot 3d offers a managed service with a Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate booking, tracking, and management of training records; and Lot 3e focuses on training assessment, conducting needs analysis, evaluating effectiveness, and providing feedback to optimise future programmes and align learning with organisational goals.
The organisation seeks to procure comprehensive Occupational Health Services and an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) to support the physical and mental wellbeing of its workforce. The Occupational Health Services should include pre-employment health assessments, periodic health surveillance, absence management, and advice on workplace health risks. The EAP must provide confidential counselling, support for personal and work-related issues, and access to resources such as financial and legal advice. Both services should be delivered by qualified professionals, adhere to relevant legislation and best practice, and ensure timely, accessible support for all employees. The provider will be expected to demonstrate a clear understanding of the organisation’s needs, offer flexible solutions, and report regularly on service usage and outcomes.
Mental Health Inpatient Services - Independent Sector Provider - Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust
Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust intends to establish a framework agreement for the supply for Acute Inpatient Services whereby Independent Sector Providers (ISP) provide “appropriate” adult acute mental health beds, enabling care to be delivered as close to home for males and females
The intention is to enter into a Framework for an initial period of 36 months with an options to extend for 1 x 12 month periods.
The Services have been divided into the following packages (Lots):
Lot 1 – Block of 10 Beds for Patients 50+ years
Lot 2 – Block of 8 Beds for Patients 50+ years
Lot 3 – Block of 10 Beds for Patients 18+ years
Lot 4 – Block of 10 Beds for Patients 18+ years
Lot 5 – Spot Purchase of Beds for Ad Hoc requirements
HTE intends to a single provider to Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4. Whereas Lot 5 will be unrestricted in the number of providers appointed.
HTE intends to appoint a minimum of two (2) suppliers across Lots 1 to 4 collectively. Award decisions will therefore apply award rules that may result in a supplier not being awarded a lot for which they are otherwise the highest‑scoring bidder, where this is necessary to meet the minimum supplier requirement
Pathology Storage and Scanning Solutions Tender Notice
HealthTrust Europe is seeking to establish a framework agreement with suitably qualified providers for the provision of pathology storage, scanning, and associated management solutions, as detailed within this contract notice. The framework will support Participating Authorities by offering comprehensive services for the storage, retrieval, management, and processing of pathology materials, associated records, and digital outputs.
The Framework Agreement will be structured into four Lots, each comprising core and, where applicable, optional requirements. Suppliers may bid for one or multiple Lots, including an aggregated offering.
Lot 1: Storage, Retrieval and Management of Pathology Samples
This Lot covers physical storage and lifecycle management of pathology materials and associated documentation. Core requirements include: physical storage and management of pathology samples and records; retrieval and transportation; inventory management; and destruction of pathology samples.
Optional requirements include: provision of consumables associated with storage, handling, and transport.
Lot 2: Pathology Slide Scanning Services and Solutions
This Lot focuses on the digitisation of pathology materials and the management of resulting digital assets. Core requirements include: offsite slide scanning services to generate Whole Slide Images; electronic retrieval of digital images; and physical retrieval and transport of pathology samples. Optional requirements include: inventory management; virtual storage solutions; image management systemsand ; provision of consumables; destruction of pathology samples; and deletion of digital images and associated records.
Lot 3: Specialised Stem Cell Storage
This Lot provides specialised storage services for stem cells requiring controlled environmental conditions. Core requirements include: compliant physical storage and management of stem cells and associated records; retrieval and transportation under appropriate conditions; inventory management; and destruction of stem cells.
Lot 4: Aggregated Lot
This Lot enables suppliers to offer a combined solution across two or more of Lots 1–3 under a single agreement.
