The requirements are for the maintenance, repair and servicing of the National Resilience fleet of vehicles and associated equipment. The core requirements of this contract are to provide routine and unplanned maintenance, repair and servicing throughout the life of the contract. The Authority deems that Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE) provisions may apply to this contract.

The equipment will include systems for vehicle stabilisation (including heavy vehicles) and structural shoring. Multiple 'kits' will be required that will be deployed from various Fire and Rescue services across England.

Merseyside Fire and Rescue Authority, on behalf of National Resilience, seeks to purchase a number of High Volume Water pumps, to be stationed and deployed at various locations aross England. The procurement will also include transportation sleds that will enable the pumps to be transported by hook loader vehicles. Along with the pumps the sleds will include storage containers for high volume pump hose and mechanisms to lay and retrieve the hose.

Merseyside Fire & Rescue Authority, on behalf of National Resilience, seeks potential suppliers of a mobile Mass Decontamination (MD) capability for use by UK emergency responders. The scope of this engagement covers public, responder, and ancillary decontamination capabilities, including waste management, communications, inclusivity, and support arrangements.
