Maldon District Council's requirement under this Contract is for the removal of existing and replacement of the rubber safety surface in whole/part of the Splash Park, Promenade Park Maldon. Replacement to be of single colour and work to be completed by 21st May 2022 (weather dependant)

Maldon District Council are looking to appoint an architect in respect of two projects we want to deliver in Burnham on Crouch
•A new access walkway and houseboat berth (Project 1)
•A new public access pier and pontoon (Project 2)
Delivery of both projects must be concluded by end Q4 2024.
We require an ARB certified architect preferably with Marine experience, who can work collaboratively with the Council to move our ideas to a workable solution which can be delivered within our budget but will also achieve our ambitious plans to implement structures which are also innovative and environmentally sustainable.

The property has been unoccupied for over 12 months and has been purchased by the Council to be used as temporary accommodation for homeless families within the area. The building comprises 4 two bedroom flats with communal areas to the ground floor including a lounge area with kitchen and a separate disabled W/C facility.

Maldon District Council's requirement under this Contract is for a series of works at the Promenade Park located in Maldon, Essex. The works revolve around a feature known as the amphitheatre which is central within the Prom Park. The scheme of works will include decommission of both the amphitheatre bricked wings and then include a rebuild of both wings at a reduced level and with new materials. The top half of the amphitheatre will require landscaping and grading back to a natural surface state i.e. soil and turf. The works must be completed in such a way that the two wings (2 levels in height) are in keeping with the rest of the structure. The new wings must be reinforced and tidied into the banks to ensure longevity and structural safety
