GB-Maldon: PS/2023/024 Architect Services Burnham on Crouch Houseboat Berth & Town Pontoon & Pier

Maldon District Council are looking to appoint an architect in respect of two projects we want to deliver in Burnham on Crouch •A new access walkway and houseboat berth (Project 1) •A new public access pier and pontoon (Project 2) Delivery of both projects must be concluded by end Q4 2024. We require an ARB certified architect preferably with Marine experience, who can work collaboratively with the Council to move our ideas to a workable solution which can be delivered within our budget but will also achieve our ambitious plans to implement structures which are also innovative and environmentally sustainable. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
