The Council is seeking an independent partner to work with residents to explore the lived experience of urban living, with a particular emphasis on fairness, equity, and inclusivity, and on identifying opportunities to build stronger, more resilient communities within the borough’s most diverse and mobile ward. There are a range of connected projects in the Town Centre aimed at strengthening community resilience, improving quality of life, and enhancing universal access.
