Group Uniform and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) tender
MAG is using the Competitive Flexible Procedure under section 20(2)(b) of the Procurement Act2023. This procedure allows the Authority to design a proportionate and flexible competitive process to procure Uniform and PPE solutions that deliver value for money, quality, sustainability and operational resilience.
Suppliers participating in the tender will be pre-verified for their capability to deliver the required goods, ensuring quality and reliability from the outset. The contract will cover the provision of operational and corporate uniform, specialist workwear and PPE to support airport operations across MAG's UK airports and associated business units. The scope is expected to include product supply, garment management, distribution, and ongoing service support.

Group Plant & Tool Hire Tender
MAG is seeking to award a contract for the provision of Plant and Tool Hire services across its UK airports through a Competitive Flexible Procedure in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023.
The successful supplier will be required to provide access to a comprehensive range of plant, powered access equipment, lifting equipment, accommodation units, generators, pumps, survey equipment, temporary site equipment, tools and associated accessories to support operational, maintenance and construction activities across Manchester, Stansted and East Midlands Airport. The contract will also support the requirements of approved third-party contractors operating on MAG sites.
The appointed supplier will be responsible for the supply, delivery, collection and ongoing support of hire assets, together with management information and spend reporting to support effective contract management and continuous improvement throughout the contract term.
The procurement seeks to establish a single contractual arrangement with a supplier capable of delivering a responsive, compliant and commercially competitive service across all MAG locations.
