This is a further extension to the Council's Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Supply of Temporary Accommodation. The authority is extending the validity of this existing DPS for a further 33 month period starting from 12th May 2026 until 23 February 2029 Please note that organisations can apply to join the Council's DPS at any time during its validity if they satisfy the selection criteria and none of the grounds for exclusion apply. If an organisation admitted to the DPS ceases to satisfy the Council's selection requirements it is likely to be excluded or suspended from taking part in any competition. If an admitted organisation fails one of the grounds for exclusion during the validity of the DPS the Council may be required to remove the supplier from the DPS. For the avoidance of doubt, those providers that are already on the existing DPS do not need to respond to this contract notice as they are already admitted

The London Borough of Waltham Forest is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced Suppliers to be appointed under a Dynamic purchasing system ("DPS") for the provision of specialist professional services. The DPS is divided into 20 lots as detailed further in the procurement documents and will be accessible for use by UK Public Sector Bodies (and any future successor organisations) which includes Central Government Departments and their Arm’s Length Bodies and Agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, NHS bodies and Local Authorities. There will be no limit on the number of Suppliers that may join the DPS for each lot.

Develop/set up a tuition contract/commissioning of a service that has broader range of services. We are looking for flexible and outcomes driven tuition providers who support reintergration into a school setting.

Recommissioning of shortbreaks.

Provides support and treatment for drug and alcohol misuse through individual and group psychosocial interventions, harm reduction services (e.g., needle exchange, blood-borne virus testing), counselling and advice for families, staff supervision and training, and collaborative care with other health services.

Delivery of the Healthy Child Programme service. The 0-19 service is the lead provider for the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme for Waltham Forest. This includes health visiting, school nursing and Family Nurse Partnership services.

Provision of on site care and support within Extra Care housing schemes for older adults and adults with care needs. The service will deliver 24/7 background support and personal care to promote independence, wellbeing, and social inclusion in a safe, homely environment.

Provision of high quality person centred care for adults requiring support in a registered care home setting including for those with more complex / specialist needs

Provision of high quality, person centred supported living services for adults with eligible care and support needs, enabling independence, choice, and inclusion within the community.

Provision of short term, intensive support to adults to help them regain independence and reduce reliance on long term care.

Provision of high quality, person centred domiciliary care to adults in their own homes. The framework will enable the Council to commission flexible, outcome-focused support that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Services include assistance with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and daily living tasks, delivered in line with assessed needs and care plans. Providers must comply with CQC standards, safeguarding requirements, and workforce regulations, ensuring timely, reliable, and culturally appropriate care.
