The Council intends to commission a single, integrated Advice Service operating borough wide. The service is expected to provide information, advice and guidance on matters including welfare benefits, debt, housing, immigration and wider cost of living pressures, and to:
• Support financial resilience and wellbeing through timely, high-quality advice that helps residents maximise income, manage debt, secure housing and avoid escalation into crisis.
• Provide accessible, multi-channel access, maintaining high volume routes (such as telephone and digital) alongside face to face and outreach provision.
• Reach those most in need through targeted outreach and early intervention, particularly for residents facing barriers to access.
• Build community capacity, with the commissioned provider acting as a strategic lead for borough wide, community led advice, working in partnership with smaller and specialist VCS organisations and offering capacity building support such as "advice first aid".

PSR Lewisham Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing Service
Lewisham Council (the Council) invites you to submit a Tender for the Lewisham Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing Service.
The Lewisham Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing Service will provide a single, recognisable point of access for residents seeking support with their mental health, wellbeing, and wider determinants of health. The service should offer preventative and early intervention community-based services for adults (18+) living in Lewisham experiencing emotional wellbeing and mental health challenges.
The contract will be between the successful provider and the Council for the period of two years, with the possibility of a 1-year extension, at the Council's sole discretion. It is expected that the successful provider will begin provision of the service(s) on 1 April 2027.
This procurement will be undertaken using the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Competitive Process, in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
Hard FM - Building Fabric Repairs, Maintenance and Minor works Contract - Corporate Estate
London Borough of Lewisham invite Suppliers to tender for a Hard Facilities Management Contract for the provision of Building Fabric Repair, Maintenance and Minor Works Services for its Corporate Property Estate. The contract will have provision for a range of planned and reactive Building Fabric services for approximately 70 sites including a wide range of properties from offices, libraries, community use buildings, children's centres and other operational buildings.
Lewisham is a vibrant and diverse borough in southeast London and has a total area of approximately 35 km2. It encompasses a mix of urban and green spaces, rich cultural heritage, and a dynamic community.
These core Services include:
• Reactive repairs – Fault diagnosis and repair of building fabric and assets to restore to safe and effective operation with an emphasis on first time fix.
• Emergency out of hours response – 24/7 emergency response to emergency situations to make safe and/or resolve issues where possible.
• Undertake minor alterations and fabric related installations.
• Provision of some Planned Maintenance Activities relating to building fabric including roof safety equipment.
• Provision of technical advice relating to building fabric and related assets.
