The London Borough of Camden is seeking to award contracts for care and support at home services across two connected areas: Ongoing Care and Reablement. For the purposes of this procurement exercise, the Services have been divided into two Lots. Lot 1 (Ongoing Care) is further divided into five (5) sub-lots, and Lot 2 (Reablement) is further divided into three (3) sub-lots, as outlined below. Ongoing Care sub-lots: Lot 1a West Lot 1b North Lot 1c East Lot 1d Central Lot 1e South Reablement sub-lots: Lot 2a North West locality Lot 2b North East locality Lot 2c South locality The Services for this integrated model will provide: • Support to maintain or prevent deterioration in health and wellbeing which reduces the need for unnecessary hospital or residential care admission; • Ongoing Care with personal care, physical health care and support with daily living which the person cannot complete without assistance; or • Intensive support following a period of hospitalisation or treatment, which enables the person to regain confidence and improve self-care in their own home and engage with their local community.

This invitation to tender is from the London Borough of Camden ('the Authority') who are seeking to award a block contract for the provision of Nursing Care 2026. The London Borough of Camden is looking to award between 1 and 3 contracts for Nursing Care provision under a block contract arrangement. We would like to hear from innovative providers who deliver strengths-based, community-driven Nursing Care and are aligned with Camden's commitment to resident-centred support. The Council is seeking opportunities to work with providers who will offer the highest quality care and support whilst remaining responsive to the changing needs of our residents at a time of unprecedented pressure for the Care Sector. Providers will be asked to evidence their commitment to Camden values and strategic priorities throughout the tender process. Contracts will be awarded for a total of 60 months; including one 12 months extension. Providers must commit to a minimum of 10 Nursing beds during the 60 months contract period. The Council recognises the current pressures within the care market and will welcome responses from providers who may need time to reach full bed capacity due to limitations in immediate availability. Camden is committed to working flexibly and collaboratively with providers to ensure high-quality care for our residents; therefore, state dates will be staggered from July 2026. The maximum budget for these services is £13,151,950 over the 60 months contract including one 12 months extension. The guide price for this tender is £1,038.01 to £1,121.08 (excluding Funding Nursing Care (FNC) per bed per week.

The London Borough of Camden will procure all its Design, Print and Related Services requirements using this Dynamic Purchasing System contract. The services that will be required will be divided into 12 lots. The London Borough of Camden will act as the main purchasing organisation, however the authority may share service delivery with other public sector bodies in the UK.

Long Description The Council's intention is to share this Dynamic Purchasing System Contract ("DPS") with other public sector bodies in the UK. Therefore, other local authorities, NHS and government bodies shall be permitted to award contracts under the DPS for the provision of the Services in its own geographical area upon entering an access agreement with the Council. The DPS is divided into the following service categories (each being a "Service Category"): • Lot 1: Standard print • Lot 2: Mailing • Lot 3: Large format, signage and display printing • Lot 4: Security printing and Confidential Printing - General • Lot 5: Branded promotional products, specialist printing and binders • Lot 6: Creative services design and artwork for print and digital media • Lot 7: Copywriting and proof-reading • Lot 8: Photography • Lot 9: Digital communications • Lot 10: Filming and Videography • Lot 11: Door-to-door Distribution • Lot 12: Security Printing - Electoral Services When applying for membership of the DPS, Suppliers are invited to select which Service Category or Categories they wish to apply for. There is no limit on the number of Service Categories that a Supplier may apply for. The DPS will establish multiple suppliers who through this procurement exercise will have demonstrated that they can deliver the service and agreed pre-determined terms and conditions. Call offs or individual contracts will be awarded on the basis of a further mini-competition (also known as invitation to tender) which will be held between all the suppliers on the DPS.
