The Camden Rough Sleeping Hub provides mixed gender accommodation for people rough sleeping in Camden. The council intends to commission a service to provide immediate safe shelter for people verified as sleeping rough in the borough and to ensure they engage positively with service offers, such as health & wellbeing, financial resilience and move on, to provide a route away from rough sleeping. The current contract is fully funded through a grant from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government. The primary aim of the RSH is support the reduction of rough sleeping across Camden by supporting moves into stable accommodation, including Camden's Adult Pathway. The service is delivered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The service provides low threshold access to bedspaces so people can move off the streets rapidly. Move on time is targeted at up to 28 days (3 months for people with No Recourse to Public Funds). Referrals primarily come from Camden's Outreach Service. The London Borough of Camden are seeking to award a contract for the provision of the Young People's Supported Accommodation Pathway - Mixed Support service. This service contract is for young people aged 16–25-year-olds who require accommodation and support who are: • Children Looked After aged 16-17 /those for whom the local authority has a duty to accommodate • Care experienced 18-25 • Unaccompanied and separated children (UASC) The aim of the Pathway is to ensure that the young person completes each stage of the Pathway, where applicable, in readiness to live independently. The Young People’s Supported Accommodation Pathway – Mixed Support will have a minimum of 15 units. Please refer to Schedule 6 - Property Offer for further information. Suppliers who do not have a minimum of 15 units available at the tender stage should not submit a bid. We are re-tendering this contract as we were unable to appoint when the service contract was previously advertised.

The London Borough of Camden is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced provider to deliver its Perinatal Mental Health Community Peer Support Service. The service will provide practical and emotional peer support to Camden residents from pregnancy until their child’s second birthday who are experiencing, or are at risk of developing, mild to moderate perinatal mental health difficulties, including anxiety and depression. Support will be delivered through trained peer supporters with relevant lived experience, with the service aiming to improve parent and infant wellbeing, reduce social isolation and strengthen parents’ confidence and resilience.

The Wendling Estate is a council estate located in the Gospel Oak ward, with St Stephen’s Close immediately adjacent. Together they are known as the Wendling and St Stephen’s Close Estate, covering approximately 2.6 hectares and comprising 240 existing homes, including at the time of writing 191 Council-tenanted homes and 49 leasehold properties. The regeneration of the Wendling Estate and St Stephen’s Close is an important part of the Council’s Community Investment Programme. Residents voted in favour of full redevelopment of the Estate in July 2021 because they wanted new homes, better outdoor spaces, and a safer, more welcoming neighbourhood. The redevelopment proposals aim to deliver high-quality, energy efficient, genuinely affordable and private homes that meet residents’ needs and address long standing issues facing the existing Estate, such as overcrowding and antisocial behaviour. The Council intends, subject to Cabinet approval, to procure a joint venture development partner to deliver a redevelopment of the estate comprising circa 650-750 high-quality, sustainable new homes; replace the existing hostel and health centre; and improve the existing neighbourhood for current and future residents. The redevelopment will be delivered in accordance with the Landlord Offer that formed the basis of the resident ballot. The contract estimated value is £500m GDV (Gross Development Value).

Following the previous market engagement held in April 2026, the London Boroughs of Camden and Islington are holding a third market engagement event to discuss the Short Breaks service. Camden Council is undertaking an online pre-market engagement exercise to inform the development of its procurement strategy and requirements. The London Borough of Camden is seeking to engage with the market in advance of a planned tender for the delivery of a business support programme for Camden SMEs. This engagement aims to inform the development of the tender, understand market capacity and capability, and explore approaches to delivery. Camden Council is investing in intensive business support for SMEs. The programme responds to Camden's Inclusive Growth Statement, the council's budget commitment, and identified gaps in place-based, implementation-focused support for established businesses.

The London Borough of Camden (Camden) is exploring options for a potential second pilot of the Connected London public WiFi programme. Working with the Greater London Authority and other participating organisations, Camden is considering a federated authentication model based on the Wireless Broadband Alliance's OpenRoaming® standard. The ambition is to enable a seamless, secure and interoperable user experience across participating organisations while allowing each participant to retain appropriate control of its own infrastructure, policies and governance. The provision of Mental Health community-based early intervention and prevention support services.

The London Borough of Camden is seeking to appoint an Architect-led multidisciplinary team to provide full professional consultancy services for the reconfiguration of the Argyle Primary School building and site. The project will support the proposed co-location of Thomas Coram Maintained Nursery School within the Argyle Primary School campus. An initial feasibility study has been completed, establishing spatial requirements for the primary school alongside nursery provision for children aged 2-4 years. The appointed consultant team will be required to develop the design and deliver the project through RIBA Stages 2-7, including design development, statutory approvals, procurement, construction, and handover. The project will involve extensive stakeholder engagement and consultation at all stages and presents an exciting opportunity to help shape an innovative and integrated education setting, delivering meaningful benefits for children, families and the community. The contract is anticipated to commence in November 2026 and continue until September 2028.

The Camden and Islington Navigator Service provides intensive support service for people rough sleeping with multiple disadvantages, delivered in partnership with Islington Council. These current service will reach the end of its current term on March 31st 2027. Camden is seeking to recommission this service. The Navigator service provides an assertive, flexible and person-centred support service to people experiencing homelessness in Camden and Islington The primary aim of the Navigators is to support people who are homeless and experiencing multiple disadvantages to access accommodation and multi-agency support. The service is targeted at members of each borough’s Target Priority Group and long-term rough sleeping cohorts to access and sustain accommodation with appropriate multi-agency support The service is delivered Monday to Friday with flexibility to work outside of standard office hours; the service is delivered through a model of assertive outreach Camden is seeking a minimum of 38 caseload spaces and Islington 18.

The Camden Respite Rooms provides respite support for women who have experienced domestic violence and abuse, homelessness, and other forms of disadvantage. The existing service will reach the end of its current term on March 31st 2027. Camden is seeking to recommission these services. The CRR provides accommodation for women experiencing domestic violence and abuse, homelessness and other forms of multiple disadvantage. The primary aim of the CRR is support the safety of women experiencing violence and abuse and help them move to safe, longer-term accommodation. The service is delivered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The service operates from a gender and trauma informed perspective. Move on time is targeted at up to 56 days (3 months for people with No Recourse to Public Funds). Referrals come from a variety of services including Camden Outreach Service and Camden’s Homelessness Prevention Service. Camden is seeking a minimum of 16 bedspaces for this service.
