The university is conducting a pre-market engagement exercise to understand the capability available in the market for delivering a CCTV Review, Technical Design and Video Management System (VMS) Options Appraisal across the estate. This RFI is not a call for competition or an Invitation to Tender. It is a market intelligence and indicative pricing exercise. Responses will be used to inform LJMU's procurement planning and to support the justification of a budget allocation for this work.
