Culture Liverpool delivers the Major Outdoor events and Cultural programme for Liverpool City Council will commence procurement processes for a Framework for infrastructure and suppliers for Culture Liverpool, in order to provisionally secure all of the key infrastructure required to deliver the Events programme, as identified in the planning stages.

The All Carers Service provides a citywide offer of information, advice, assessment and practical support for unpaid carers of all ages in Liverpool, including adult carers, young carers and parent carers. The service aims to identify carers early, assess needs, promote wellbeing, improve access to services and community support, and enable carers to sustain their caring role, including support with breaks, peer support, training and signposting, in line with statutory duties and local priorities.

The objective of this framework is to provide LCC with a compliant procurement route for accessing a range of communications, marketing, creative, media, and research suppliers to deliver high-quality and impactful services.
