The Council is undertaking preliminary market engagement in respect of a potential future procurement to establish up to three Strategic Partnership Frameworks for the commissioning of Children's Services. These frameworks would aim to support the development and delivery of high-quality, inclusive and outcomes-focused services for children and young people. At this stage, the proposed approach, structure and scope of the Frameworks are indicative only and subject to change following market feedback. The Council is considering a model comprising three service clusters, with initial indicative annual values as follows: Cluster 1: approximately £56,142,500 per annum (exclusive of VAT) Cluster 2: approximately £18,050,000 per annum (exclusive of VAT) Cluster 3: approximately £5,865,000 per annum (exclusive of VAT) This equates to a combined indicative annual value of approximately £80,057,500, and a potential total value of up to £800,575,000 (exclusive of VAT) over an anticipated maximum term of up to 10 years. Culture Liverpool delivers the Major Outdoor events and Cultural programme for Liverpool City Council will commence procurement processes for a Framework for infrastructure and suppliers for Culture Liverpool, in order to provisionally secure all of the key infrastructure required to deliver the Events programme, as identified in the planning stages.

The All Carers Service provides a citywide offer of information, advice, assessment and practical support for unpaid carers of all ages in Liverpool, including adult carers, young carers and parent carers. The service aims to identify carers early, assess needs, promote wellbeing, improve access to services and community support, and enable carers to sustain their caring role, including support with breaks, peer support, training and signposting, in line with statutory duties and local priorities.

Liverpool City Council is undertaking a market engagement exercise to inform the future procurement of a contract for the maintenance, repair, inspection and support of its Hydraulic Bollard infrastructure. The Council currently operates a network of 26 hydraulic bollard systems and 3 manual bollard systems at key locations across the city to protect pedestrians, manage vehicular access and support the safe operation of the highway network. These assets are critical to maintaining public safety and ensuring the continued resilience of city centre transport and event management arrangements.

The Liverpool & Wirral Coroner Service is seeking to ensure the continued provision of a statutory service for the collection and transportation of deceased persons from the community following referral to His Majesty's Coroner.
