LiveWest Homes Limited are looking to:
a) appoint a Retrofit Consultant including Principal Designer services to deliver the business's aim of all properties being at EPC C by 2028 to ensure that LiveWest are compliant with its requirements
B) establish a Retrofit Consultant including Principal Designer services for current and future members of Advantage South West
in a single joint procurement process.

Bromford Flagship LiveWest is seeking to understand market capability for the provision of a repair-first solution for failed, misted or blown double-glazed units. The solution should, where technically appropriate, retain the existing double-glazed unit and treat or restore it to remove internal condensation, restore visual clarity, support thermal performance, reduce unnecessary replacement, and minimise waste and carbon impact.
Suppliers are invited to provide details of any proven, warranted solutions they can offer for the restoration or repair of failed double-glazed units, including evidence of previous delivery in social housing, local authority, public sector or comparable property portfolios.
