Leeds Trinity University (LTU) is reviewing options for the provision of an Employee Engagement Platform to deliver staff surveys over the next 3-5 years. We would like to hear from suppliers who are able to meet the following requirements and who can provide some brief information about how they would be able to do this. In preparing for the 2026/27 academic year, the University is undertaking a review of its Academic Regulations. A key component of this work is the review of the institutional award algorithm. Originally scoped as a sector benchmarking exercise, the project has expanded following the recent OfS publication on inflationary award concerns. The review will ensure the University algorithm aligns with regulatory requirements and provides assurance of compliance with expectations. To deliver this work, specialist external expertise is required due to the complexity of the regulatory landscape and the need for external independent assurance. The engagement will involve: 1) Benchmarking against sector practice. 2) Reviewing the current algorithm for compliance with OfS guidance and expectations, including possible calibration activity. 3) Providing recommendations for enhancement and assurance. The work is anticipated to take 5-7 working days, with recommendations presented to the Academic Quality and Standards and Academic Board in May/June 2026. This approach mitigates compliance risks and supports the University's commitment to academic assurance, integrity and regulatory alignment. ITS073 STUDENT E-PORTFOLIO THE UNIVERSITY SEEKS EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST TO PARTICIPATE IN A PRELIMINARY MARKET CONSULTATION (PMC). Leeds Trinity University has a potential requirement for a Health and Safety reporting/monitoring system. This notice is to invite information from suppliers who could deliver the system, brief details of which are shown below. Preliminary Market Consultation In addition to our Preliminary Market Consultation of October 2022 (attached) regarding placement management systems for students of Nursing and Allied Health Care degrees, there is now additional requirement for Leeds Trinity University to implement a more holistic placement management solution that provides capability to allocate professional placements alongside, or separate to placements for Nursing. The university seeks preliminary market information from solution providers regarding online reading list systems and digital content solutions, with a view to assessing, on the basis of this, whether or not there is a business case for entering into a formal tender process. For background information, Leeds Trinity University (LTU) is a small but growing University, with 9500 FTE students, of whom 4,100 are studying at Leeds Trinity University itself, and 5,400 on LTU franchised programmes at partner institutions, and 207 FTE academic staff. We would like to hear back from you with an indication of the following costs: a) annual costs (stated with and without VAT) for an online reading list system. The costs should reflect provision for all LTU students and staff, including those studying at partner institutions. To understand market conditions, size, costs, and product options, Leeds Trinity University seeks market engagement with suppliers of healthcare simulation scenario development tools. Occupational Health Services Initial Screening and Assessment for Nursing and Allied Health Programmes

This would cover the steps from the student receiving an offer to the CAS being issued. Our goal is to implement an automated VISA compliance reporting tool ahead of the next recruitment cycle, to enable risk aversive growth.
