Leeds Trinity University has a potential requirement for a Health and Safety reporting/monitoring system. This notice is to invite information from suppliers who could deliver the system, brief details of which are shown below. All suppliers are to note that there will be no award as a result of any information provided and a further tender exercise is likely. Priority is for accident, incident and near miss reporting, as well as software that has the function to build a monitoring system within it. The system would need to have as a minimum: • An online / cloud based accident/ incident and near miss reporting that could be used through a single sign on by Staff and Students at LTU on and off campus. • An online / cloud based monitoring package, allowing the H&S team and PM team to undertake inspections, checks and audits of the H&S activities, activities, and buildings on both campuses. Both aspects / modules of the system would have to: • Have a reporting system or dashboard to provide the ability to produce overarching reports, data analysis such as the ability to identify trends etc. • In addition, they would have to have the ability for some tailoring of the question sets to suit LTU. Suppliers who would be interested in providing further information are requested to contact Lyndsay Glasper ([email protected]).
