In respect of the above Leeds Trinity University seeks advice from independent experts/authorities/market participants with a view to developing the scope and specifications needed to plan and conduct its procurement procedures. For the avoidance of doubt, no call for competition has been made, and no contract award opportunity identified. All relevant information exchanged or resulting from this preliminary market consultation will be documented and may be communicated to other candidates and tenderers participating in any resultant procurement procedure. Introduction The university is seeking a provider who can offer enquiry management and student enrolment services for prospective international students. The service provider will be able to identify quality applicants promptly and efficiently, offer dedicated engagement and support, and drive offer holder conversion rates. High Level Requirements • Operates a service that engages with international students across the globe • Effectively manage large volumes of enquiries and achieve service levels in line with client expectations. • Offer prospective international students a multi-channel and fully rounded service including telephone, email, live chat, and social media. • Communicate promptly and effectively with service users regardless of the time zone in which they are based. • Use scoring methods to identify and segment quality prospects for priority contact. • Engage and follow up promptly with those prospects to convert enquiries to applications. • Support offer holders through focused high value interactions, to convert offers to enrolments. • Adheres to GDPR and UK data protection legislation Requests to participate in this preliminary market consultation will be received until 1700h Monday 7th August 2023 In the first instance, please indicate your interest and address queries by e-mail to Mark Hayter, Head of Procurement
